Windshield/Hatch Window Trim...
I have a couple of Gen II Civics that I'd like to do over and I need the windshield and hatch window garnish trim. I need both for the hatch and one set for the windshield as I scored a nos set a few months ago.
Any suggestions?

Re: Windshield/Hatch Window Trim...
I have looked everywhere and no luck yet. My next move is to go to a local (old one preferably) shop and see if have any in NOS.
There is a place on the UK that has something close but you have to cut it to fit. This includes the corner pieces. I was afraid it would leak having so many joints.

Re: Windshield/Hatch Window Trim...
All I need is the plastic pieces as I already have the stainless corners.
I don't think that the presence of the trim would affect "leaking" as the trim is intended to simply reinforce the integrity of the overall window gasket installation.
My other old cars are post war Studebakers and the trim on them is stainless and has to be installed in the gasket(s) PRIOR to in placing the gasket/window in to the car. If you don't, you'll never get it in afterwards.
I'd be interested in the source for the plastic stuff in the UK. Can you provide any additional info?
Thanks, JT - Austin, TX
