By taking it to a glass shop.
Do you have the window gasket? Do you have the window sealant? Do you have the tools necessary to do it?
Honestly, once you have purchased the glass/gasket a glass shop will install it for peanuts.
This hopefully ensures a better seal if you take it to a reputable shop.
When it comes to your safety glass, let the experts install it.

Getting it out of a junk car isnt the problem. Just remove the seals and you will have to carfully work your way around breaking the weather proff seal off, like a tar substance. But +1 on taking it and getting it put in at a body/glass shop. It can be kinda imbarassing driving and having your window fall off....

Sometimes the glass can break during replacement too.
I found out I need to get my rear glass removed and reinstalled and a glass shop told me that in the event it broke when they removed it, that I would need to buy replacement glass. They'd be the ones who broke it... not me.
