A Honda transmission can handle all the HP your Accord can create. The "weakest link" are the axles and they should be OK. Drag racing is about the worst thing you can do to your driveline, but your axles will survive... for a while. Eventually, if you drag race a lot, you will break a CV joint.

uhh no.. my clutch in my 86 civic lasted 198k miles.. car was autocrossed and daily driven.. if you don't know how to drive then maybe..

Definately gotta shift "clean" on the manuel tran...my trannys usually last about that long as well... (find 'em or grind 'em )

There is not safe limit, only reasonably safe limits. What they are, I have no idea. And I am sure that it can not handle all of the power that you can create, that is kind of a silly statement.
