Default Help With '86 Civic Si Swap

So I bought this '86 Civic Si 2 weeks ago for $800 from some guy on craigslist, and obviously my luck, the head gasket blew a couple of days ago. I've replaced the valve cover gasket and I was working on getting the head gasket done, when I just said screw it because most of the bolts are rusted and need an impact wrench to get out and all that jazz, it was all too much of a hassle. So I decided I should just do a swap, since from the beginning thats what I wanted to do anyway. So does anyone around here know the absolute easiest engine to swap into this? I've heard from some places that some D16s just drop right in, I've also heard that they don't. So some recommendations and clarification would be much appreciated.

The d16a1 from 86-89 integra swaps right in with out needing aftermarket mounts, the d16 sohc engines can be swapped but they need mounts or you will have to mod/ weld the mounts yourself

How easy would a D16Y7 from my friends '97 Civic DX drop in? He is buying a new integra soon and will possibly sell me his old engine. I could also just go to my local LKQ or something as well. What would I have to do with the fuel injection and the transmission and all that stuff too?
