system control???

what the heck is that wire for other than if you're not running it to your subs??

If there is only one "system control" wire and you don't have amps and you don't need it for a power/amped ant. then it has no use. 94

i know its for the amp, but isnt it suppose to connect to the antenna wire from the harness....the thing is i wired it to the amp and now my antenna dont go up and down, which is good, kause it was makin some weird noise, but i have badd reception when the radio tuner is on

If there is only one blue wire or blue/white wire then yes, if you want the ant. to go up you will have to connect it to the ant. wire on the adpt. harness.
If there is only one wire and you don't want the ant. up when using the CD, only when using the radio just install a off/on switch, [a small one, 1/2 amp is good] connect the ant. wire from the adpt. to one side of switch and the blue wire from the HU to the other side along with the trigger wire to the amp, that way the amp will always be on if the HU is but the ant.will not go up unless the HU and the switch are both on.
If the power ant. goes up and down all the way and makes " weird noise" at the top when going up and at the bottom when going down, it needs to be taken apart and cleaned an re lubed. 94
