Default problems with electrical

ok so with my system on i have a wine high pitched noise, i have the amps grounded with 4g wire to the battery, i was looking for a CHEAP grounding kit and i came across this : http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...33577

its not cheap but it looks intresting, anyone have it or know about it ?? thanks

JAY

also any ideas on my damn feedback/noise that would be great thanks

also would a capacitor help this??
edit: the noise is worse the higher the RPMS of the engine and when it rains it gets real bad ( even when my lights, headlights are off)

If your amps are grounded to the batt. that is your problem, amps need to be grounded as close to the amps as you can, to the floor pan of the car. 94
