Default A problem with my system.

I had my system hooked up a while ago and was working fine. I took it out for a few, then wired it back together. I found out the sub wire inside was ripped off. I put a different sub in there. When I put the key in, Amp goes green, then makes a bass hit then goes red. I dont know what the problem could be. I checked everything, fuses, a few ppl checked the wiring. Could it be my remote wire in my cd player being loose or anythin because when I touch it it starts to make the bass noise, etc..

thanks

Did you check the resistance/ohms on the sub it may be to low for your amp to handle
