Default Clifford G5 problems.

Well, i've finally decided to take a stab at this, my alarm was horribly installed a couple years back, i basically had to do the wiring over again and hide the brain a little better than the original installer. Now my problem has always been when I "Unlock" i hear one chirp. When I "Lock" i hear two chirps. It's backwards, now is it a wiring issue, or can i do swap it through my remote? Any help is greatly appreciated.
