need to know ASAP
Since all alarms can be bypassed,
would it be better to get an average viper or compustar alarm for a 100 or 200 dollars or get the top of the line 791 or 3.5 pager system for like 4-6 hundred. I'll have layering like the backup siren, kill switch, the club and autolock. but still curious if its worth it to pay that much for the big alarm systems.
What would be the difference in getting these alarms as long as its from DEI.

Nowadays, if someone wanted to steal your car, there's not much you can do about it. Sure, alarms and other security devices slow down the process a little, but there are people out there that go up and down parking lots and just pick up cars and put them on flatbeds and are out of there in a seconds. I hear of cars getting stolen like this everyday, and sure, if you live in a small town a standard car alarm will draw the attention to the car, but what's the sense in spending four or six hundred dollars on an alarm? I'd say stick with the less expensive one, let it serve it's purpose, and save the money for a nice engine mod or something. That's just my .02.
damn and this is in bergern county, damn i havent been home in a while if thats whats been goin on, so much for tryin to go to car club anymore.
