Quality Alarm System
Don't seem to get as many responses in the audio/security forum so I figured i'd post this here. Plus all you guys with Civic's & Sol's can give your opinion because we drive a similar car. I'm looking for a quality alarm setup for my Del Sol. I don't need a top of the line alarm, that rolls up your windows and such, I want something thats actually going to protect my car from being stolen. Its parked in a garage at home, but is outside for hours when I'm working at night sometimes. I'd rather keep it under 300 bucks, anybody have any recommendations? I'd also prefer a remote lcd so I know if the alarm goes off say if i'm inside my house or working at the time, in case I can't hear it. THanks guys.

Try the Clifford alarm with the remote pager thing. I have the Viper 500 esp with a motion sensor and it works beautifully. I would have to say that the security is more in how it's installed than what alarm it is though.
