Default need help with subs

Ok so I just bought two 10" Bazooka subwoofers and I am not exactly sure what to be looking for in an amp. THe subs have an rms of 200 watts and are 4 ohms each. Now should I be looking for a mono sub with 200 watts at 2ohms and connect the two subs in parallel, should I look for a sub with 400 watts at 4 ohms and connect the subs in series, or is there something else that i should be doing? The whole amp thing is really confusing right now and im trying to stay as cheap as i can and still get as much power out of them as i can. thanks for the help

so if i get an amp that is rated at 150 watts rms at 1 channel on 2 ohms then 150 would be going to each of the subs when in parallel or only 75 watts?
