Default Need good amp

Any ideas on a amp. I need a amp to get about 400-500 watts a piece to my 2 12s. Does anyone have any ideas?

I have a phoenix Gold MS275. Only looking to get $120.00 + shipping for it. It is a wicked amp. Get for subs, it is also 1 ohm stable.

the ms275 would put out plenty of power to those subs if set up at one ohm. The amp is "rated"at 280 x1 at 4 ohms. That god phoenix heavily underrated the amps. Let me know if you are interested.

Hifonics

That model is not like the old school **** made by Zed Audio, but it is still good quality.

I agree with Jim Truett...

Pick up a Hifonics BX 1000d or 1500d, and enjoy!

Those amounts (1000 / 1500) are for a 1ohm load, so you'd have to run the subs in parallell.

Should sound pretty good with 500 / 750 watts a piece

any phoenix gold amps are highly recommended. i currently have oldschool Phoenix Gold XS2500 and XS2200. 500x2 rms and 200x2 rms (very underrated of course). i'm pushing it to a Phoenix Gold XMAX 12"(500watts rms). very clean and loud even with the gain all the way down or up. best of all, no distortion.

anyway the guy with the ms series amps, those are good amps, oldskool but one of the best series amps in history. period.
