Ok, so I'm in desperate need of a cd player for my 1994 Integra LS (my sony is old and screwing up). I am looking for a stock Integra cd player. I thought I could use any '94-01 cd player but after searching around I am getting mixed results. Some say any year will plug right in and mount/bolt right up and others say that you have to cut and rewire the harness and or drill new holes to mount it for certain years. Anybody know for sure what years of acura or honda cd players I can use for my '94 Integra LS that will plug right in the harness and bolt up correctly?


Cliffs: What year/model oem cd players can I plug right in and bolt right up to my '94 Integra LS?

Hmmm.. How about searching for a '94 Integra LS first? I bet that will plug right in...

But seriously... The people that certain years won't plug in are correct. The plugs changed in 98, so anything up to then will be plug & play. If you get newer, you can either cut and splice, or buy the regular deck harness for the '94 and the reverse harness for the new deck, put them together and plug it all in.

Mounts I have no clue on... I bet FCM does though...

All Integra HU fro 90-98 will fit and plug directly in. 99-01 will fit and mount but use a diff. plug, but as B18_EJ8 said it's just a matter of getting 2 adapter. plugs wiring them together and just plugging them in.

90-98 Accord HUs will also work, 92-95 Prelude HUs will and maybe even 88-91 Prelude HUs, all but the 99-01 tegs use the same plug.

Some minor mods may have to be made the some of the Accord and Prelude HUs, [mostly to mount teg pocket to bottom of HU]. 94
