Default Need help with choosing wires!!

Hey Im getting the Alpine MRV-F345 Amp and im gonna run a pair of Type R 6.5" Components and Type R 6.5" Coaxials in the back. What kind of wires would i need? I already have 2 Eclipse subs with a amp so ya this should finish off my setup. I was looking at my battery today there was like a clear block or box im assuming its connected to my amp. Anyways I work at bestbuy they said all i would need is a fusebox or block or something and 16gauge wires these are all rockford fosgates brands so ya.. Im sure you guys are more experienced with this so what would i need exactly Thanks

Is the wire in the car now (for the first amp) 4ga or 8ga? If it's 4, just get a distribution/fuse block and run power to the new amp off that. If it's 8ga, you might want to think about getting the 4ga dual amp kit.

As far as speaker wires go, don't get the red wire; it's too thin. Go with the clear/silver wire.
