Default kill switch using alarm, which wire

ok my battery keeps dieing because i have like three kill switchs wired to the orange wire(ground when armed), i found this post by vegas and want to know how to wire to use the kill switch when the alarm is Triggered?

When the alarm is ARMED
-Parking lights will flash once
-Led will come on
-System will arm
-Horn will gently honk

When the alarm is TRIGGERED

-Parking lights flash
-Headlights flash
-Horn honks
-Ecu is disabled
-Fuel pump is disabled
-Starter is disabled
-Keypad is alerted in a one mile range

The question i am asking is how did you set the kill switches to only work when the alarm is triggered. What wire did you use?

"Kill switches" that are controled by the alarms GWA lead will be relays, and should be wired as NC, [normally closed] so circuit is complete when relay is not energized, GWA will go to one side of relays coil #85 and a "true ign.", [hot in run and start] to the other side of relays coil, #86, [#85 and #86 can be reversed] that way the relay is at rest, [not energized] until ign. is turned on, so no current draw.
You should install a diode on the GWA lead to each relay to isolate the relays from each other.94

PS there is a better way to do it.

ok so what i did wrong is put a full power wire from the battery to the relays. I did wire it up to the NC condition.
I will change the power wire to an ignition wire.

what is the better way to do it?

Thanks this should actually fix my problem of my battery dieing.

Yes, switching to ign. power, [make sure it is "true ign."] will solve the batt. issue.

A better way is not to have all your eggs in the same basket.

Leave control of the starter kill relay on the alarm, get rid of the other two relays, install a small, hidden switch on the ground to the PGM-FI Main Relay, that is not controled by the alarm so if alarm is bypassed the manual kill switch will still prevent car from being started.
A switch on the PGM-FI Main Relays ground will "kill" the fuel pump, fuel injectors, one of the powers to the ECU and a few engine sensors, and all with a small, easily hidden 1A switch, [the ground is less the 250mA]. 94

well see the alarm controls the starter kill, and three relay kills, the ignition, the main relay ground, and the fuel pump, but that is a good idea,

i am going to change 2 of the relays to ignition power and then put a switch on the main relay instead of the relay kill

that way i will have the alarm control the starter, ignition, and fuelpump.
and a switch control the main relay ground

Thanks for helping, i finally found what i was looking for thanks again
