Thank you sir
Much appreciated
Thank you! I was very pleased with the quality of the kit, and it was pretty inexpensive compared to the others I was looking into. DevSportUSA
I picked up the injectors from IPG Parts. I originally purchased as a kit that included the KTuned top hats to seat them into the B series rail. OEMAcuraparts.com has the injectors for $189.16 a set, and I think Ktuned has the top hats for $25.
If you're interested in going that route, I have a couple of extra sets of the pigtails you'll need to run them to your B series harness.

Much appreciated

I appreciate the info and offer! I'm not sure if I'm going to go that route with my build yet though. I guess it'll depend on whether I stick with my b17 block and just do an OEMish rebuild which wouldn't require any more injector or go with a B20V which could be pushing the limits of the OEM injectors. If I decide to run the RDXs I'll hit you up about the pigtails though. Thank you sir!
Cool car, mirin the mini ramp way more. Years ago my friend built one in his parents basement. They let him build the entire basement into a skatepark. It was a decent size and a blast to go to his house and skate it.

On to the updates:
CSF/Rywire Tucked radiator

And the Aeroquip line and hose fittings

I need to get the -16 bungs welded to my filler neck and thermostat still.
After months of procrastinating, I finally made it up to the local paint store. Picked up the new seam sealer and the paint/hardener/reducer. You can kind of see the sample color on top of the can. "Battleship" gray bay coming soon.

I got out to install the new fuel injectors and fuel rail. The RDX injectors with the top hat sit taller than the factory ones, and I will need to have some new spacers machined, but it sits pretty solid as is.

I stopped at ICB yesterday to pick up a few things. I grabbed a new OEM oil pump, Spoon radiator cap and magnetic transmission bolt. Always love going there, Matt's super friendly and it's like walking into the happiest place on Earth. More to come soon hopefully.

rofl that's awesome you made a clubhouse out of it. I just moved to Vancouver and look forward to going to Rick McCranks shop and the plaza. Unfortunately no room to build any ramps out here :p The car looks awesome btw. 29 years old here and still skating too. Not as much as i'd like to, the joints hurt more these days.

The anticipation is killing me. I feel like I'm twelve again, and it's a few days before Christmas. I've spent hours reading through S2Ki and Zilvia on people's reviews of them. Can't really seem to find much as far as a FWD Honda review, but those were enough to sell me. Plus Terry from Fortune is constantly replying on the forums to help people out, I like supporting companies that support their customers

Much appreciated sir! I couldn't help myself with that photo. Neil from G2IC was pretty stoked on it.

I can't wait to be done with it! So much work involved, but I'm excited to see the end. I ran out of gas for the welder, so I'll be doing a lot of sanding tomorrow and hopefully I can make it up to a shop soon to refill and finish up
Thank you sir! Much appreciated!
Thanks man! It's made by a company called Meziere. I got mine from my buddy BNIB but a bit cheaper than MSRP. They sell the kit for around $475
Taken from their site:
"The secret to cooling your Honda engine and maximizing horsepower is our water pump kit. Customers have seen a real 7 to10 horsepower increase at the wheels."
This will be my first experience using one, or even seeing one in use in person, so I'm excited to see the results. Link below:

That being said, I am curious to see the dyno of what this little B16 will do. First start up will be to drive it straight to the tuner (hoping for 170 at the wheels)
Consistent cooling ftw!!!! Nothing more annoying than a temp gauge doing the electric slide on you. Kudos on banking on a quality part. 40lb cerebellum on this one. Smart choices all over this build. Kudos.
Unfortunately not yet. Finding one is sort on the back burner for now. I'm trying (not well I might add) to focus on purchasing only parts necessary to get this thing running now.

Progress is still slow, they keep posting overtime at work, and I like money, so more of my time is being spent there than working on my car (like I should be).
I did have yesterday off, and used the time to rearrange the garage, and flip the car around (which was very fun with no front suspension on). Shaving a bay is definitely not an overnight process, haha. Here's where I'm at now. I still have a lot of welding and sanding to do.

I also managed to get over to 18Fab to get some much needed professional welding done. My buddy needed a patch on one of his charge pipes in his WRX and the guys over at 18Fab were quick to help us both out.
Blurb about these dudes, if you're in the Phoenix area and need anything metal related done, they can do it for you. James, the owner, does spectacular work and is always willing to help out. The level of work they do is unreal.
I just needed some simple stuff, here's all my coolant necks done with new Vibrant -16 fittings.

More to come soon....
