As of now, progress is still slow. I managed to get my steering rack mod done. Pulled the 2 plunger valves (or whatever they're called) out and put everything back together.

Just need to reinstall the rack now with the new MOOG inner/outers
I saw a deal I couldn't pass up either and picked up an NRG short hub with quick release, and some new door panels to replace the ones with multiple tweeter holes cut in.

Small update, progress has been slow lately. I've stumbled into a new home project that has caused me to redirect some time/money. End result should be equally as awesome though!

I'm working on finishing up the brakes as of now. The brake tuck is mostly complete, I just need to run the hard line from the prop valve to the front driver side. In the process of installing my new pads and rotors (thank you to the guys at RC's Garage for the excellent service) I'm finding more issues. The passenger front wheel bearing is shot, and both lower ball joints up front are done as well. I have 2 new wheel bearings, might as well if I'm doing one side, and picked up some HardRace roll center adjustors. The front spindles are going up to RCG this week for the rebuild, and I'll be ordering my new clutch as well.

With the clutch being replaced soon, I'll be getting a new flywheel from a friend who's been sitting on a bunch of B series parts since like 09 from an old build of his. My ARP pressure plate and flywheel bolts are already here along with a new OEM rear main seal. More to come soon....hopefully.

Thank you sir! I too share that same love!
New wheel bearings and a new OEM hub, roll centers installed all thanks to the good guys at RCG. Always a good experience with those guys. Thanks Ravi and Jake!

So a major hurdle occurred about a week ago. I don’t know how he managed to do this, but my roommate (now former) took my rent money on the first, and didn’t pay the rent. I found out around July 27th that I had to be out by the 3rd of August. Big shocker to me, especially with a car on jack stands and parts scattered everywhere. I took the whole week off of work (and missed out on like 30 hours of OT on top of my 40) to put everything together enough to move, and got a room with my buddy down the street.

I have too many pics of the car on a flatbed, not enough pics with it running.

And finished unpacking

Spent a lot of my day trying to rearrange the garage so my roommate's S14 will fit in too....since it's his garage and all.

Just got another piece in the mail as well. Vibrant 6 inch filter to fit over my Circuit Hero velocity stack. The funny thing is, I just found a set of ITB's locally that I'm thinking about picking up. This brand new piece may be for sale soon.

Starting to look better in the garage. I got my engine back out and onto a stand last night. Test fitted my Exedy clutch (I've been that guy that bought the wrong clutch before, needless to say that was pretty nerve wrecking) and all is good! Tonight I'm going to be working on degreeing the cams, setting the timing, and installing my Endyn timing belt tensioner along with the ATI Fluidampr.

Ignore the damage I did to my valve cover. I'm going to have to re do it....for the third time now, haha. I need a spare for this type of stuff...

The fitment on this header is amazing, highly recommended

The Endyn timing belt tensioner fits amazing as well, the quality of this piece is unreal.

I'm contemplating painting my bay since I've kinda trashed the paint removing the ABS. I'm thinking of doing the bay in the Battleship or Machine Shop or whatever we're calling it now grey. I will eventually paint it AGP again, but I don't want to start buying AGP until I'm ready to spray the whole car inside and out.

More non DB2 content, ramp is coming along. I am officially out of material, and need to go buy lumber
Both sides are now framed and off the ground. The frame is stable and we need to finish with all the ribs. More to come on both projects with the next paycheck.

My buddy going to town with a big *** saw.

And right when we finished for the day, the storm rolls in.

This past weekend my roommate decided that we should go to the Japanese Classic Car Show in Long Beach. I’ve been wanting to hit one of these for a few years now, so I got the weekend off and the next thing I know we’re in some shitty Yaris on our way to California.
I’ll just get to it. Shitty iPhone pics, most with a Death Lens.
Serial #1!!!! The first Honda ever imported into the US. They are restoring this, and I believe there will be thread to follow the progress.

This was right near the entrance. Great way to preface what to expect when we got deeper in.

There were some incredible 510's there, I really really want one

Amazing Accord on rebarelled M7's

This Carolla was too sick....with a nice surprise under the hood.

This Carolla wagon had my roommate tight in the pants. He's also got one of these rare beauties...not quite where this one is yet though. We stayed for the roll out and this guy's set up is no joke.

This bay...

That manifold...

More Datsun love...

This guys stayed at the hotel we did, one of the cleanest builds I've ever seen...

MUGEN EVERYTHING! Thanks again for the free Falken lanyard!

SPOON EVERYTHING! This CRX was on Speedhunters awhile back, this guy is building this car for one of his kids. I love my pops but god damn, where was my hook up?!

Best In Show! (opinion)

The roommate, next to quite possible the smallest car I've ever seen

REALTIME NSX....holy ****

Cool little racer at the Honda booth.

Spirit R, this was showroom mint.

RX-3 that was on Leno's garage awhile back. Super nice dude, I wanna say he won best Mazda.

R31!!!

13b truck

I would highly recommend that you get out to one of these if you haven't before. Side note, there was a raffle and the grand prize was a set of Enkei Apaches in 15x8 either 0 or 25 offset, you choose. I bought $10 worth of raffle tickets, against the advise of the incredibly cute Asian girl, saying I should buy more. Long story short, had I listened to her I would have an extra set of Enkeis right now, as my last ticket was 2 numbers before the winning ticket. The guy in line behind me (who drove a ******* Chevy) won the wheels. Moral? Listen to attractive Asian women.
More DB2 content to come when I recover from the impromptu vacation.

Small update, one of the final pieces. Now I just need my traction bar, rad hoses/SpeedFactory filler neck, and just a few small fittings to wrap everything up.

Much appreciated sir! The Hardrace kit is
It's been awhile, nothing too serious as far as updates for the Integra. I did order my traction bar a few days ago, and I'm waiting on Innovative to send me the tracking info
Big update, the ramp is pretty much done. I have some small things to tweak/replace. It needs new masonite and a few more sheets for the deck some railing (It's a little sketchy on the alley side).
I'll be heading up to SpaceAge Auto Paint for some supplies here soon, I've been doing 6 12 hour days a week, so my free time has been pretty non existent.
Ramp

Nice accent work from my buddy

This masonite is being replaced for new soon

Alright, last post about the ramp. It's done enough for me. Finally picked up a new layer of Masonite.
DB2 update. I got a surprise from FedEx the other day; new Innovative traction bar set up. I'm just waiting on my SpeedFactory filler neck now.
Installed part of my Mezierre's electric water pump kit too

Timing set!

My Circuit Hero shift extender and my SpeedFactory upper fill neck came in yesterday. Need to order my RDX injectors and clips and a few more little things.

This will be my first time using one. The website advertised gains of 7-10 HP, great and all, but I'm looking forward to the better cooling efficiency. The pump flows when it is needed, not constantly. From what I've read, people have had no issues with this kit, and they seem to be able to keep temps below 200 consistently. Considering the price I got it for, it was a no brain er. Plus the rebuild kits are really inexpensive as well.
Got a few more parts in. New Koyo wheel bearings, new OEM dipstick and oil pan gasket, Circuit Hero shift extender/Spoon ****, and the SpeedFactory upper fill neck

I've had no time to do anything lately. I'm working 100 hour weeks to get this **** done/cover the holidays! I feel like I earned this little present to myself.

Progress has been slow lately, it's kind of a good thing, because I've been adding to the parts pile.
I now have my fuel set up nearly complete with the Skunk2 composite fuel rail, RDX injectors, and Fuelab FPR. I also got a DevSport tucked line kit because I'm too lazy to make it.

I picked up a CSF/RyWire tucked radiator as well. I'll get pics of that when I can. With tax season here, I'm thinking that a pretty big purchase may be around the corner. We'll see.
