Can head/ deck Milling mess up cam degree settings??
So i had gotten my cams degreed when my motor was finished being built and I had to take the off because a tap was broken in it. Well it turns out the head never got resurfaced. I just got the head back today, does this affect the cam degree?

Yes it does. A timing belt change, a tensioner change (even a readjustment) can affect your cam degree settings. The good news is that the change will be linear... so milling the head will cause the cams to be slightly retarded... but retarded equally. You don't necessarily have to re-degree, but if you are down on power, advance both cams 1/2 degree at a time and recheck on the dyno.
