Default !!!BUILT B20 VTEC!!! HELP

Ok well I'm putting tgether my b20 vtec and just need some help... I have some crower stage 3 cams and I want to know what do I need to do to my head to be able to run them... N also what compression is recomended for a dd...

What head? Have you researched the cam?
I would'nt run 10k rpm+ on stock vavletrain if I were you.
I believe you may need to do quite a few things to the head bro.
Which stage 3 are they? Vtec cams or the vtec race cores?

The cams are crower stage 3 for fullrace or rough street... I'm gong to port n polish my head n I already have dual valve springs.. N it's a b16 head on a b20b

Sounds good. Springs, retainers, and a port job should help get the full potential of that came out safely.

my buddy had this same setup with these same cams. with springs, retainers, port/polish, and valve job, it ran awesome.

i have the stg3's in my ported head DD ls/vtec running 12.1:1 cp, completely untuned running a stock usdm 01 itr basemap made 186whp made power up to ~8600rpms using a crappy 2"collector header with a stock itr muffler.
if i ever get the rite intake/exhaust setup n tune on my s300, should be capable of 220whp

Sounds good.. I almost have everything to start putting it together...I just need some cam gears n a intake.. I think I have everything else

850-870rpm idle no problem even with a/c on with a 7.5lb fidanza flywheel, no stalling or anything, n didnt need to turn up my iacv duty value
