or are they the same?

If you're referring to the rear trailing arm in which the hub bolts to. There should be no difference. I completed a 5 lug conversion having to use one when two of the four star bolts that hold the 4 lug hub on my DC4 would not come off of the passenger side rear trailing arm. Well...at least I saw no differences and it bolted on just fine.
