Default rear trailing arms differences amongst DC2r and DC2/4?

Can any of you R owners verfiy that the rear trailing arms are the same between a gsr/ls and a type R? I remember hearing that the type R are more reinforced, and I told someone that, but I don't want to give out false information. Thanks.

ITR part #s: 52370-ST7-R02, 52371-ST7-R02

GSR/LS part #s: 52370-ST7-G91, 52371-ST7-G91

so, i would assume they are in fact different.. never had the two side by side though..

i have a bent type r rear passenger side trailing arm. i have a set of rear gsr brakes in my garage with good trailing arms. i would like to swap over the 5 lug hub assembly to the gsr trailing arm. i know it will bolt up but since the gentleman above stated that gsr and type r have different part numbers that worries me. what kinda of problems will i runinto haveing a type r trailing arm on teh driver side with 5 lug hub assembly and a gsr trailing arm on the passenger side with 5 lug assembly? any help please i need to drive to work its my only car and i took the day off tommorrow to fix it. i need to know if i have to buy a type r trailing arm or can i use my good gsr one.

switch them both, or don't switch either of them..

a new ITR trailing arm isn't actually all that expensive at the dealer.. consider this as an option..

can you even put the 5 lug assembly onto a gsr trailing arm? I can't really think of why not, but at the same time it doesn't jive that it would work..

yea i know lots of people that swapped over the 5 lug assembly to the 92-95 civic trailing arm. all they ahd to do was remove the drum assembly and bolt on the 5 lug assembly. i know it will bolt on no problemto the gsr trailing arm. my only concern why would gsr and type r be different. they are both DC chassis. what is the difference. someone here has to know. the only difference i can think of would be maybe stiffer bushings or possibly maybe the metal used to make the trailing arm might be different like lighter or stiffer. anyone?
