Can you stand the CEL? if not, get a cat.

Get an O2 sim, they cost like $50 from Kteller.com and that will get rid of your CEL...so that if you have a real problem, you'll be able to tell.

Well, when something "important" does happen, you won't know about it unless your car drives like ****.

What is the code? You should make sure it's really for the rear O2 sensor. A lot of people never got that code (myself included) even with no cat.

if you want the CEL to go away, take the o2 out of it if its in, wrap with tin foil on the sensor, put in a plastic bag to keep water out, and ziptie it to shift linkage or somewhere else. plug the o2 bung and reset your computer
