Default Test Pipe

Ok i am going to get a test pipe with one bung for the 02 sensor. I have read all previous archives but i can't yet seem to get an answer. i want be able to put the o2 sensor in the test pipe but not throw a code. whats teh best way, i dont wanna wrap tin foil around it and tie it some where i want it actually in the test pipe

you must do some re-wiring.... there is a schematic in the archived topics. Several, actually.

Search the archived topics, R forum, under username 'fredtoast'. I specifically remember him asking where the old thread was about the o2 re-wire thingy.

why do you need to have the 02 sensor in the testpipe? It won't throw a code if you strap it to the shift linkage. Just do what I did man. Get the testpipe from SMSP and strap the ****** with zipties and foil to the shift linkage. Haven't thrown a code in the year that I have run it.

that worked?!?! wow i didnt know that could work. whats the foil for? i have mine pluged in my test pipe. but i put restiance in the white wire(o2 wire) and it hasnt thrown a mil.
