Default test pipe?

one of my friends just put a test pipe on his R and when he did it threw a code. Although it increased horse power, it wont let the motor run off of this safe mode when the code is lit. what are you guys doing to by pass or fix the problem?

I'm going to look this weekend at a junk yard to find some plugs to make this a plug and play kit.

Do you have one of the o2 sensors unplugged?
If so plug it in and just tie it up, it's the only way to trick the computer...
Good Luck

Or...buy a Godspeed Testpipe
see sig for link
AND, for the haters, Dan has
said that if they don't fit, he'll correct
any problem and send it back,
or get you a new one.

Are any of the test-pipes out there actually have the plug for the O2 sensor? I think that the spoon has one...

I would rather get the test pipe over the hi-flow cat...but if I can't have it run without the check engine on then I dont' want to do that. IS the carsound the best hi-flow cat out there?

Godspeed test pipe has a chunk of cat in it, so you won't throw a code!!
No check engine light
