Distributor bearing owned me!
Well, 2 years ago when the freak'n screw came loose from my rotor button, I knew it would be a matter of time....
Tonight I was leaving Batoutahell's place & OH THE NOISE! We checked the cap & rotor (even installed his old ones)...
Next it was time to say **** it & watch some expo vids
Before I left, we decided to yank the distributor off & sure enough when I attempted to spin it = IT SOUNDED LIKE A PEPPER GRINDER!!!
Oh well - anyone have an extra distributor lying around???
??Is the distributor the same (TEC) for LS/GSR/R??

B16A and B18C are the same. B18A/B is not but with slight modification will work
fine. I would recommend checking local parts shops, the ones around here
carry them in stock and prices are decent for a complete dist.

Steve - Thanks again!
I think next week, Jim & I are going to make a 30 second video of what a pepper grinder should really sound like when hooked to an 8000 rpm vehicle

This is something Honda denied which have longevity problems all thru the 90's .
They recalled early 90's Integra and then gave up. My mechanics saw many preludes, accord and ............ gets towed into his shop of this many times.

I have several friends that this has been an issue , out of all the things that attend to go wrong with the cars .This has been something that we all have in comment

Well, we'll see if you are right...I just bought it! If they show a good product, I will DEFINATELY BE POSTING TO GIVE THEM CREDIT!!!
