Default CEL code#22. HELP

OK i pulled the code and I came up with #22.
*VTEC Oil Pressure Switch defective circuit or unplugged / defective oil pressure switch*
What does that mean, and how do i fix it. Will my car be damaged or futher damaged if i continue to drive it?

Make sure all the wires are still good and you have no broken connections. If the wiring is ok you might have to replace the pressure switch. It shouldn't damage your car by driving it,but the ecu will run in limp mode with the CEL on,and you will not go into VTEC.

Yeah you could have a lose wire considering it still goes into VTEC.A VAFC does not engauge VTEC by oil pressure like the ecu does.So i'm pretty sure it's a broken connection somewhere.

You may need to reset the computer too. I continued to get the CEL off and on even after topping off.
