Big engine problem!!
Easter day my car just runs fine, today the hell came to me.
It starts whit that suddenly choke at low rpm below 3k, then it got worse the idle is swinging up and down and if I give it some quick gas it choke and die if I hold it down.
Over 4k it runs like normal and engaging vtec. The cel is not lit.
So I drove to the Honda dealer to check it out and he tested the car for 3 hours, and he could not figure out what was the problem, he tested to change sparkplugs, put a new fuel filter on and many more things that I did not exactly know what he was doing.
Then I drove home to put my car in the garage and it got worse it was impossible to drive the car it choke all the time and I have to rev it to like 4k to get the car rolling and the vtec would not engage anymore and it choked in full gas over 5,5k.
Wtf is wrong? Now I have given you a little explanation to my big problem I will return to the dealer tomorrow and hopefully you could get me some answer to this problem.

If you have adjustable cam gears, i bet you they slipped.
edit: check your timing belt, cam gears, and timing. By checking your timing, you can immediately tell if you slipped your cam gears or skipped a tooth.

I had a simliar problem but it was because I had the engine washed and water got into where the spark plugs are. Maybe it's wet or moist in there. After I got it all dry the car ran fine.
Sounds like an electrical problem to me - if the car is stock and you still have a warranty - then let the dealer deal with it. Electrical problems are notorious for being hard to diagnose.

My friends JDM B16 did that, not as badly as you describe, but we found it to be an Air leak in the Intake manifold. Since he didn't have Cruise, there was an open hole in the intake manifold that caused the idle to jump like that .... check for air leaks
