Default Alignment / Steering Problem

My steering wheel is slightly off centered. I need to put in an 11oclock position for the car to go straight. Otherwise the car and steering will pull to the right.
Ive already had both front ball joints, lca/uca bushings and tierods replaced.
I had it aligned:

Camber -1.5/-1.5
Caster (split) -.3
Toe 0/0

Ive also tried swapping my wheels fore and aft ; left and right. And they are already balanced.

It seems that the tug to the right is still there. What else could cause this?

Im pretty sure its not the road.

If i had a bent arm, they couldnt have gotten the car in correct alignment specs, right?

Might be your passenger side axle, mine went out right before my warranty was about to expire and they replaced it, it would do the same thing and pull right. If it is that, make sure you get an alignment after it is fixed.

Has the wheel been off the car? Maybe it's off a spline? I know my JDM wheel is off one tooth of the spline and I'm going to pull it off and put it back. Not sure if yours has been off though.

His wheel being off a tooth wouldn't make the car pull to a certain side though?

Trust me, it drives me nuts but I haven't had the time to fix it. Yes, only 10 mins of work but I might this weekend while prepping the PY for track at CMP.

Camber -1.5L/-1.5R is perfect
Toe 0.0/0.0
Split Caster -0.3
^^^^^^^
A split caster issue WOULD NOT tug your steering wheel. An alignment pull with have ZERO affect on the steering wheel position.

If you have to fight the steering wheel that much, that would be the tire in which your vehicle is pulling to. Swap the tires from back to front, it should go away.

A balancing issue would only cause a vibration.

What kind of tires are you running?

I heard a chasis alignment guy talk about "radial tire" pull years ago. That some radial tires can pull like mad.

My wife's jeep had this problem. Drove me nutz. Got new tires. Problem went away. My RSX has the problem too (Bridgestone Pole Position). I have swapped tires, played with inflations etc.

I think that one of the tires is substantially bigger than another and it's got some stagger like you might set up for an oval race (to faciliate turning left).

The steering wheel was never removed. And the car would pull to the right as i let go of the wheel.

If i had a bent arm would it still be possible to get correct alignment specs?

Car is lowered 2" with adj camber kit. 16" wheels 215/45 RE01

How bad is the pull? Try a different set of wheels. The caster specs can be closer to 0.00 if possible.

the alignment of your steering wheel has nothing to do with why your car pulls... i would take it back into the alignment shop and have them recheck it, and while there at it straighten out the wheel like they should have when doing a proper alignment.... it sounds like the toe may be off a little bit or they didnt compensate for the crown in the road...

take it to a reputable alignment shop, explain your issues and they will work with you to get it straightened out

His alignment specs were mentioned in the first post. The only area in grey is the caster, in which our cars is not adjustable.

Ive gone to the alignment shop 4x in the past month.

Im kind of narrowing it down to a bent arm or knuckle since i pretty much replaced most of the moving parts. Is it possible?

were are you going for this alignment? there suppose to lock that wheel strait while there doing it. If anything I could understand the car pulling but at this point not the car going strait at 11.
