Default yet another idle thread

my car is possessed and im certain of it. the f'kn thing has a mind of it's own and does weird things. I'm just looking to see if i can get some answers.

the car for a while now has had idle problems, as far as in the mornings it revs quite high (2000rpm) but after a couple of minutes it goes down to about 750rpm. Now all of a sudden it's reving at about 3000rpm when cold and dies down to about 1500rpm at normal temp, which is still high and very annoying at stops. I'm assuming it's my FITV, but I'm not sure. any type of feedback would be appreciated. tia .

it's the route of all evil, the fast idle valve...(located under the throttle body), here are a couple more ideas of what it might be, low coolant, vacuum leak, or iac.....but i believe that it is the fast idle valve...had this problem many times

take your intake off and look inside the throttle body there are 2 holes. the bottom on is the air for the fast idle. plug it up with you finger and if that fixes it thats your problem....the top hole is the idle air control...

not to highjack the thread or anyhting, but this morning mine was kinda off as well.
when cold it usually sits at 2k rpm then drops to 700-800. this morning it sat at 2k rpm then wentt o 1800 rmp then back to 2k rpm and back to 1800 rpm. it would shift every 2-3 seconds, but once the car was warmed up it would idle fine. this happen to anyone?
