Default would....

would you u be able to notice a difference in the way an teg drives if you were to put like the head intake and catback on an LS? like could u tell it was faster at all or would it just make alot of noise?

sure...you'd notice that it ran like ***.

changing the head is not as simple as bolting on an intake or exhaust. It requires more planning and tuning for it to be useful in making power.

I think he meant to say: Would there be a noticeable difference in the way an LS drives if he puts on an intake, header and catback?

ya i meant to put header. and would it be a waste of money putting all that on and not boosting it or anything

If you plan on doing future NA mods like higher compression pistons and higher lift and duration cams, then those first mods will support the later mods. If you plan on turboing then it will be a waste since the header will need to be changed again and the exhaust might need to be of a larger diameter. The intake can probably be used again with modification.

I, H, E, can be a nice first mod because of the fun factor, sounds better/meaner, improves driving experience more than adding gobs of power, but should add some power, especially in the higher rpms.

a very noticeable difference would be to get suspension and a better swaybar. I recommend the type R swaybar, very easy to install and only cost 100 bux for everything.
