Difference between Pr4 head and P75 head?

Difference between Pr4 head and P75 head?

does anyone know if there is a difference between a pr4 head from a 90-93 ls motor, and a p75 head from a b20 crv motor, cam difference? intake exhaust port difference? anything?

back from the dead, can somone point me in the right direction to find and answer.

Are the ports the same on the pr4 and p75 head?
