Default Wiring Problem help

i recently went to work on my 91 integra GS (b18a1) and I found this wire was disconnected from the harness and I can not find what it goes to can anyone help? It is green with white stripes with red dots on it

That goes to the + terminal on the battery.

Its either the primary wire for the flux capacitor or fm transmitter






Do you by any chance have 5 dogs?

I know it didn't come from the distributor because there are no wires missing from the plug.

My car starts and runs but the throttle is very hesistent.

Then it's the throttle relay valve wire

You need a 50 point skunk2 inspection for certification

that wire is for the jdm optional gathers fm transmitter

Honestly, since he already has to do that, may as well throw in any (real) Mugen parts he can get his hands on.
