Is it just until the doors are open? I've had cars that do that, usually newer ones do. </TD></TR></TABLE>

my accord used to do this. i'd be able to roll it up and down until the door opens which is pretty cool. i wouldn't wanna fix it.

I'm also thinking it's a wiring problem with the alarm.... sounds like the windows are connected directly to a constant power source instead of an ignition only source.

My windows wont work if the car is off unless I roll them up/down with the alarm remote. When I activate it rolls them up and if I hold the other button down it will roll both windows down leaving the alarm activated.
No if only my driver window switch would work properly.

i'm pretty sure it's some wiring that is messed up. did someone do some wiring on the car? alarm possibly? i know my alarm has the ability to do "window roll down" through the remote. so they might've glitched it. i wouldn't wanna fix it though. sounds like a pain the *** to do. it's like finding a needle in a hay stack. so many wires to go through....
