HAs anyone ever had a problem with their windows not going all the way up, mine goes up, bu then theres about a one inch gap, and if i try to put it up anymore it just starts making a clicking noise, also it seems like the gap betweent the top of the door and the window is getting bigger the more i put my window up and down

 

You dont happen to have aftermarket speakers do you?

I met a kid once with the same problem and it was because he was silly and installed aftermarket speakers on the door panels and they were too deep and the window hit them on its way down but the motor kept going

Either way, check your motor

 

they're the same speakers in there, the problem is for the window going up not down
