when i close my passenger side door it rattles does any one know why and

i would think you gotta take off the door panel and tighten some screws that hold the window in place when you move it up or down....cause i only get it when my window is partially rolled down!

 

I have the same noise when my window is half way down, looking into the link on TI, but it didn't work!!! I'm in for answers

 

it could be da motor, mine as well get a new door.. go to a junk yard

 

it's not the motor it the rubber strip on the side of the rail that guides the widow inside the door, it probably fell off

but in this article they only show that the problem is on the side closer to the lock, i had the same problem but on the other side closer to the door hinges. check both sides when u take off door panels and such.

To fix it use the same principle used in the link but use it on the other side.

I just put up with my window rattle.

 

is it a window rattle, or a door panel rattle?

 

My window rattles when I close the door if the window is cracked open slightly. All the rubber strips are in place. I think it's the guide near the top of the window rattling in the guide track, but I do not know of any way to fix it.
