I thought the only "odd" manifold was the C1 and everything else is interchangeable.

no..the b16 and the itr heads IM are interchangeable. They are both stamp pr3 with different cam, valve terrain, cam and IM

I'm pretty sure that the bolt patterns are slightly different between B16/ITR IM's and LS/B20. The GSR manifold definitely will not work easily (plus the fact that it has secondary intake runners, etc). I read an article where a guy modified an ITR IM to fit his LS. He had to change the coolant passage(s) to make it work with the LS head, plus change the bolt pattern (?). He gained somewhere around 4whp at the peak, and was not worth the cost/machinework involved. Money spent on this modification would be much better spent elsewhere.
If you want to gain a few horses in your B20, I've heard that using LS cams will help you gain them without modifiying your valvetrain. Do some research, but don't bother with the ITR/B16 IM. Simply not worth it

Acutally, LS cams are the same part number as the B20B cams.
Doesn't matter anymore...just bought a set of GSXR1000 ITBs today...
