well i know for sure that the b20 exhaust manifold does not bolt on. fitted the old b20 gasket today. there is one hole that doesn't line up.

Any manifold from a B series will fit, the one bolt from a B20 manifold won't make that big of a difference. Don't listen to the guy who said that the ITR has a specific flange needed for it, because the ITR head is just a mildly ported version of the B16 head.
A b16 and b18c intake manifold don't fit because of the larger intake ports. But, the exhaust manifold will fit with out problems. However, the B20 and B18b does not cross over to the vtec heads - Only b20 and b18b intake and componets can fitted with each other.
The best to find out call the Acura dealer and ask the for the part number; and, then call the your local Honda dealer to see if the Acura part number exist and to what vechicle it applies too.
