White smoke is usually coolant. Leaky or Bad Headgasket maybe, also thermostat or radiator.
Do you have a sweet smell comming from the exhaust?
Run a leakdown test to see.

a leakdown test is.. a test for cylinder compression. This test check to see if you have burn a valve or fried the rings... Get a leak down tester from mac or matco and hook up to a compressor and watch the gauge and bring up to the spec the book tells you... if it doesnt reach the pressure this will tell you you burnt a valve, if so pull the head and replace the seat for the valve

look through your engine bay for any irregularities. and get under the car and check out the full exhaust system, dont always jump to conclusions by what people say on here. some are right and it could be a bad problem but you dont want to end up specing a fortune on compression ratio tests. look for leaks holes in the cat convertor leaky oils or tranny gaskets that might be dripping. your exhaust has the classic problem of burning oil and something is leeking somewhere

a compression test is not expensive. and you can do it yourself for free, as well as a leakdown test.
those 2 tests are your best bet on what to do first....cheap/free, easy, and doesnt take much time at all. also will tell you a good bit about motor condition

woudln't be a bad idea to just drain the coolant real quick and see if the coolant has a carmel color to it, would indicate oil contamination, same thing if you drain the oil. If its murky and carmel color the headgasket is finito.

well as noted before WHITE SMOKE is COOLANT now with the original tread poster its more than likely your head gasket or maybe and hopefully not your cylinder could have a small crack in it. as they said check to see what color your coolant is if its caramelish its prob your sleeve cracked now if the oil is a mucky greyish whiteish its mostlikely your head gasket now if neither are a differant color it could be a small crack at the top of your sleeve or your head gasket... but its more than likely not your valve seats or your rings if the car still pulls hard its deff not your rings at all just get your leakdown test done and comp test done and then start pulling the motor apart but first check your fuild colors
