Default what should I replace when pulling my head?

I am about to buy a head off a 99' Integra that only has like 35K on it. My stock motor has about 200K on it and doesnt burn or leak any oil. When I pull my stock head off to put on my new B18B head, what should I do to freshen up my block?? Even though the block is in good running condition now keep in mind it has around 200K and I want to start boosting soon, around 12-15psi. What would you guys reccomend I do to it?? Full rebuild?? Or can I just get away with some key parts.

Basically, what would you want to replace if you were in my situation and and getting ready for boost.

keep it stock, and daily boost it.. 8 psi and 9 is perfect for daily and cost less?

just keep in mind when/if you boost it that your block still has arround 200k so try not to beat on it 24-7.. but just replace all your gaskets/seals and maybe resurface your head if you can

8-9psi not 12-15psi then your risking breakin $hit more than you'll already be heading towards

id definitely think about rebuilding it, and upgrading with some aftermarket pistons/rods. IMO even with a damn good tune, 12psi-15psi at 200k is pushing it
