Default what is the prob?

I have a 92 integra rs and everytime im under 40 km/h (canadian) theres a noise coming from the top right (near the wheel). As soon as I press the break, the noise goes away

ps: at certain speeds my spedometer needle vibrates, what can i do?

do simple checks around the wheel, be sure to check the break pads

i passed for inspection since I was buying the car, and the breaks were A1, since the seller recently changed them.

are you sure its comin from the wheel? do you have a sound system in you car, if so there could be a bad ground because the ground usually gets louder as you accelerate

Look at your brakes. I bet you have a little pebble stuck in between your caliper and pad. Happened to me about two months ago...

I suppose it _could_ be a bad wheel bearing...

I had that problem after a brake job a while back. Take the wheel off and look for anything out of the ordinary.

Mine turned out to be a shim that worked itself loose and was rubbing on the rotor. This may, or may not be your problem. It really depends on the pads you use, specifically whether or not they have shims.
