this is the 2nd time ive notice this happens to my 91 integra with a stock b18a1. it does the idle fluctuation from like 900-1400 but this is the 2nd time its done it after ive disconnected the battery, it usually only does it for a week afterwards, what the hell could be causing it that it does it only after i disconnect the battery

 

maybe a relearn? not sure if the pr4 goes through a relearn or not

 

i was thinking that too, bc i dont have a vacuum leak and its only after i take my battery off, but i was changing a terminal yesterday so i had to..its just annoying bc my car is loud and people look at it funny
