Hi guys. I have a 2003 ep3, totally stock. Left it at friends house for an extended period of time and battery had completely died. Replaced battery and idle would go really high then back down and would continue to up/down like this indefinitely. I tried the idle relearn process which works great until I shut the car off and then it returns back to the weird idle up/down. Am I missing something simple ? Car never had this issue before the battery died
