My friend has a 93 hatch with a gsr, we took the stock gsr head off because an LMA was ticking. When wevput this built b16 head on, it will not have vtec engage. The CEL use to come on, but doesn't anymore. We skywired a4-d6 because the pressure switch was popping up. Only CEL that came up. We have swapped pressure switches, vtec solenoids, and ecu's. We have oil in the engine on full and the motor warmed up. If you all might know please tell me.

Head has full P&P brian crower springs, retainers, and valves with ITR cams.

I had already done that, but now there isn't a CEL, the solenoid, ECU, and pressure switch have all been changed, but not working. Oil level is correct and at correct temperature

 

Correct oil Pressure?

 

It was showing 9psi at idle, may recheck that though
