Default V-Tec Conversion for B18B1

so i have been looking around on this site to see if this post has already been answered but i couldnt find it. so if you guys have answered this a billion times i am sorry.

so i found an integra type r head online and i want to put it on my stock b18b1 block. now i kno i have to run new oil lines for the vtec and also power to the solenoid. if anyone has done this and can assist me in any way it would be awesome.

i need to kno where to get the power from and how to set up the oil lines?

I don't know anything but I do know that this topic has been covered many times. The "scene" call this method, LSVTEC. Why? Because LS motor have more torque than a regular gs-r motor. The gs-r motor on the other hand, has more top end than the LS. Therefore, putting a vtec head on a non vtec block will create the best of both world.

Ignore my mumbling above. Golden eagle sells a ls/vtec kit. Check that out.

search the archives for it...search through the 10000 threads like yours and eventually youll find one thats informative

1994-2001 Integra

Torque (lbs-ft), SAE net
LS/GS/RS - 127 @ 5200 RPM
GSR - 128 @ 6200 RPM
TypeR - 130 @ 7000 RPM
