where do you have it hooked up to on your engine? You should have a T brass fitting on the back of your block with the oil line hooked on top and your oil pressure switch on the other fitting, if you have that correct then have you tried starting the engine for a few seconds with the line disconnected from the turbo to see if oil comes out?

sounds like the hose is kinked... Might be a long shot but did you actually start the car up with the oil line off? It won't shoot anything out unless it's running... Just making sure

It's possible that the line is clogged with something. Did you use a brand new line? Also may I recommend removing the turbo from the motor until you get it figured out, nothing quite like oil starvation to ruin a perfectly good turbo.

Do you have a Oil Pressure Gauge? If so, are you reading pressure? If no then your oil pump is bad. if yes, Then You could have something as dumn as me, My hose got clogged with some of that tape that i used around the brass fittings.
