Is this true???
Hey guys,
I was told by a local mechanic not to drop my integra, because working on a lowered car is twice as difficult. Is this true and should I just leave it at stock height?

Maybe the mechanic wasn't referring as much to the physical height of the vehicle as to the difficulty and expense in repairing things that will go wrong when they break or wear prematurely due the angle certain components are going to be operating at that exceed thier intended design.

anything aftermarket thats performance orientated is going to hurt the car in another way. what are you going to a mechanic for anyway? DIY!!!
and as long as the car isnt slammed, like youve got a good 2 inches to work with, then itll be alright, depending on what kind of lifts theyve got.
but like i said, just do it yourself, or if you have no idea what your doing, then get a helms and a friend. thats what my friends do... apparently.
