Default tranny synchros grinding

so my 2 to 3 gear is grinding, not ALL the time but it does, ive been told i would have to change the tranny oil and put a special sealer?. or special oil for tranny....and my gears would be alot smoother and no grinds....i think this is impossible...but just wanted to hear your opinions

NOOOOOOOOOOOO! USE GM SYNCHROMESH TRANNY FLUID.

sorry for caps........from my experience.......my car use to have a nastyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy grind into 3rd...no joke u could hear it 5 blocks down the street at high rpms. so i purchased gm synchromesh and replaced my oem honda tranny fluid with the gm synchromesh......in less then 2 weeks (i guess it has a break in process) my grind stopped (no more grind i swear) and it goes into gear smooth like butter. i can put my car in reverse with my pinky and shift with my pinky...take my word on this.
