A test for VTEC!!!
Can't hear it?
You could always hook up a test light to your vtec solenoid and when it kicks in it will/should tell you. Regardless, your check engine light will come on if it doesn't work or isn't "operational"

Here's my stock GS-R, and I can hear the Vtec kicking in clearly.
Nice vid, I busted a nut when VTEC engaged. That **** was loud!

haha
how would you know if you've achieved over 50lbs of oil pressure? when the engine is running at its normal temp? thank!
my VTEC is obvious to me and I have a 40% hearing loss. You should hear it and feel it. Remember you need over 50lbs of oil pressure for it to work so confirm you have good oil pressure.
