I have already reviewed PatrickGSR94's thread, https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1318816 and my car was acting the same way. I planned to call the local Toyota dealers tommorrow to get the kit. I tried a few times to start the car to no avail. I left it in the garage at my college and planned on callin around for the kit tomorrow when someone can bring me to get it, along with my tools. Just for the hell of it I grabbed some jumper cables and went with a buddy to try to jump it.
Now when i tried startin it without the cables, it would just struggle for a minute, then just die. The battery isnt dead, as the alarm and all of the accessories were working fine. I tried jiggling the battery cables and startin it again, but no luck. Sometimes the car would make constant loud clicking noises after attempting to start, then dying.
Now as soon as i put the cables on, the car started without a problem, which makes me think its not the starter.
So I am at a complete loss here. If you have any insight let me know.

so it starts with the cables...what happens when you disconnect the cables? does it stay running or does it die out? if it dies a couple of seconds (or minutes) after you disconnect the cables, i would have to say that its your altinator. your battery is probably drained out and without your alterator it wont be able to charge it back up and keep you car running. your battery isnt completly dead, and thats why you have power for your alarm and radio...but it doesnt have enough power to start the car.

i drove it for about 10 minutes after that from the garage back to my house with no problems. ill jus attempt to do the starter and see what happens
