Default Tommy Gunn's Earthing system and my unwilling to start car.

I posted yesterday about how my battery couldn't start my car. Well, today i installed Tommy Gunn's earthing kit and miraculously started my R. Once it started my car, the first thing came to my mind was the STOCK 2 ground wires, but after inspection, they seem to be connected just fine and physically looked fine from the naked eye. So i have no idea what the problem is still, but the Earthing kit cured it. Anyone have any idea what it could be?

PS. engine's idling is more smooth now with this kit. I will take pix of the installation pix of my engine bay.

Here was my original post last night:

Well, since last week my car will not start, all the accessory would work, and when i turn the key i would hear the starter clicking away and see the lights flashing with each click on the dash.
I thought it was the battery after reading:
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=277018

So i ordered a new T1R battery, dropped it in, jump started since I was seeing the same scenario as before, but figured it might just be the battery isn't shipped fully charged. After driving it around for 40 minutes, stopped the car, shut it down, and it won't start backup.

alternator is fine. I can unplug the negative terminal while the car is running and the lights will not dimm or idle funny.

but is it giving enough current to charge the battery.. it may give enough to keep the car running but not enough to charge it.. check the voltage at the pos terminal
